As the investor/developer our newest project involves a $17 Million renovation and restoration of the 132,279-s/f landmark building in the heart of Charleston WV business district, situated on one of West Virginia’s most historic sites. We are redeveloping this amazing masterpiece into 90,000-s/f of first class office space and 40,000-s/f of eateries and mixed use space.

The former Stone & Thomas building with its distinctive rounded corners is a true blue Charleston Landmark, located on a true blue West Virginia historical site. The building sits on the property that housed two West Virginia State Capitols – The first from 1870 to 1875, the second from 1885 to 1921.
